For most companies the quality of their human capital and the collaboration of its employees are critical in determining success or failure. History has shown that employees can build great companies together, but also that poor management of human capital can lead to a company's downfall. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I witnessed this early on in life, which fueled my interest in the Human Resources profession.

My academic background and business experience in the field of HR have taught me how to quickly gain insight into HR processes and provide clients with valuable recommendations for improvement. With over 20 years of international working experience, encompassing both internal HR and external consulting roles, I've developed the necessary skills to cover almost all relevant areas within HR. Particularly, I have expertise in HR Project Management, Compensation & Benefits and Organizational Design.

On a freelance basis, I help companies streamline their HR processes with clear, predefined, targets. This is often involves discussing HR strategy with senior management and providing guidance optimizing human capital.

A well-thought-out HR policy can truly make a difference to an organization. When employees are motivated, utilize their talents, and cooperate collegially, great achievements can be made. By improving HR processes, I aim to make a meaningful contribution. The positive change that can emerge from that is what drives me.
